We understand that it’s not always possible to “Keep it Rubber Side Down" when on the trails.  On the occasion that you don’t, we back our Apex Technical Shorts and Australian Made jerseys to be up to the task and not rip or tear.  If on the very rare occasion this was to occur, send us an email with proof of purchase (receipt) and photos of the damaged product and we will provide you with a 40% discount off a replacement jersey or shorts*

• Applies to Apex technical shorts and all Australian Made, 100% recycled polyester jerseys 
• Proof of purchase via a receipt is required
• Photos of the damaged product are required to be sent to us at contact@rubbersidedown.com.au
• Fair wear and tear is not covered and we reserve the right to reject any applications where we suspect the damage has been caused by something other than a crash
• The discount is applicable to the full RRP of the original shorts or jersey and can only be redeemed on a full-priced replacement pair of Apex technical shorts or Australian Made jersey
